Our customer service team will access the damage or defect thoroughly and provide further instructions for returning the item VIA Email.
Return Process for Damaged or Defective Items:
Once your return request for the damaged or faulty goods is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the damage or defect, we will replace the products within 7-10 Business days.
Exclusions:
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds of damaged or defected goods if the item is damaged due to misuse, neglect or if the return request is made beyond the specified timeframe.
