General Policy:

All sales are final, We do not accept returns, refunds, store credit or exchanges except for damaged or defective items as outlines below. ​

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process for a damaged or defective item please provide a clear description of the issue and include images. Our customer service team will access the damage or defect thoroughly and provide further instructions for returning the item VIA Email.

Return Process for Damaged or Defective Items:

Once your return request for the damaged or faulty goods is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the damage or defect, we will replace the products within 7-10 Business days.

Exclusions:

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds of damaged or defected goods if the item is damaged due to misuse, neglect or if the return request is made beyond the specified timeframe. ​

Shipping Methods and Timelines:

We offer shipping services across Australia using standard delivery, Express shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are processed and dispatched the following morning between (9am - 1pm) from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address for express shipping. Standard free shipping is available for all orders.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within Australia, We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You are able to track your order using the tracking number through the carrier's website.

Step 1: Apply to wet hair and massage into hair / scalp.

Step 2: Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.

Step 3: For damaged hair follow with Blendz Hair instant repair mask or conditioner.

Step 1: Apply to Shampooed and clarified hair midlengths to ends.

Step 2: Massage for 1 minute.

Step 3: Rinse thoroughly, for extremely dry or damaged hair follow with blendz hair instant repair mask or revive spray.

Step 1: Apply to shampooed and clarifed hair massage into midlengths to ends.

Step 2: Apply Treatment on midlengths to ends. Leave in for 5 to 10 minutes on natural hair and 1 minute to Hair Extensions.

Step 3: Rince out thoroughly and enjoy your soft and nourished hair.
